We had the privaledge of photographing Dani's wedding a few years ago, absolutely a beautiful intimate event. To say that Dani simply 'made' her cake would do an injustice to Dani, as her cake was nothing short of an incrediable creation not only in appearance but also taste (the fresh fruit that tumbled out as her cake was cut was a masterful touch). To this day, after photographing several hundred weddings, I can say this is one of my favorite cakes of all time, kudos Dani!
